Prodromos, Troodos Mountains
A super special project like no other, a restoration of the famous hotel in the Troodos Mountains at an altitude of 1,450 meters that combines nature, history and luxury. The hotel operated for over 53 years from the 1930s to the 1980s and has hosted kings, nobles, heads of government, presidents and high society figures. The hotel will be a 5-star hotel managed by Thanos Hotels and will include 30 rooms, an outdoor and indoor pool, a luxurious spa with treatments and a gym, a restaurant and a bar.
The complex will house 44 residential units - apartments, houses and villas that will benefit from the hotel's facilities. The complex is located less than an hour's drive from Limassol and Nicosia. Perfect for both vacation and investment that will enjoy tourism in the summer, fall and spring seasons when it will be possible to walk along the trails, waterfalls, wineries and villages in the area and also in the winter season when the ski season begins. The apartments and villas come with a luxurious finish with wooden floors and underfloor heating, natural stone floors and walls in the bathrooms and high ceilings.

The Klopanayiotis Dam is located in the heart of green mountains near the village of the same name. The place is suitable for a quiet stop, a short walk along the water and watching the calm nature.

Nestled in the heart of a lush green forest, Kykkos Monastery is considered an important religious site in Cyprus. It offers Byzantine wall paintings, peaceful mountain views, and an extraordinary spiritual atmosphere.

The Millomaris Falls are located in a forest near Platres, surrounded by rocks, shade, and tall pine trees. Access is very easy, and there is a short trail that leads to the tall and impressive waterfall.

Caledonia Falls is located in the heart of a pine forest, along a shady, pleasant path for easy walking. The route includes flowing water, lush green nature, and cool, pleasant air in the summer.
